Section 1

General Provisions and Definitions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the 8qqee platform and all services operated under it ("Services"). By registering on 8qqee or using the platform, you are considered to have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in full.

1.1 Key Definitions

The following words and terms are used with specific meanings in this document:

• "User" or "Member" refers to any individual who has opened a verified account on the platform.

Only one account is permitted per individual, household, device, or IP address. Creating multiple accounts, or multiple members of the same household using the same device, may result in all accounts being suspended and all pending bonuses being forfeited.

All information provided at the time of registration must be true, accurate, and up to date. If false or misleading information is provided, 8qqee reserves the right to close the account and freeze all funds. The following information must be provided accurately:

2.4 Jurisdiction Requirements

Account Security and Verification

3.1 Password Protection

You are solely responsible for keeping your account login credentials completely confidential. 8qqee will never ask for your password by phone, email, or chat. If you suspect your account information has been used without authorization, notify our support team immediately.

3.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

8qqee may initiate a KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process upon the first withdrawal request or when a certain deposit threshold is exceeded. The following documents may be required during this process:

• Scanned copy of National ID (NID) or passport
• Proof of current address (utility bill or bank statement)
• Proof of payment method ownership

Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended until verification is complete.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

The following rules apply to withdrawals:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is 5 to 30 minutes.
• Withdrawal requests can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• To withdraw from bonus funds, the applicable wagering requirement must be met.

4.3 Payment Ownership

Users must use a payment account registered in their own name. Deposits or withdrawals made using a third party's account will be cancelled.

4.4 Currency

All transactions on the 8qqee platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). No currency conversion fees or additional charges apply.

Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members may receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. A 25x wagering requirement applies to this bonus, meaning the bonus amount must be wagered 25 times before a withdrawal can be made.

5.2 General Rules for Bonus Use

• Bonus funds may only be used for gaming activities and cannot be withdrawn directly.
• Each bonus offer has its own expiry period; expired bonuses will be cancelled automatically.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time unless stated otherwise in a specific offer.
• If bonus abuse is suspected, 8qqee reserves the right to cancel the bonus.
• Any attempt to claim bonuses using multiple accounts will result in all accounts being closed.

5.3 Changes to Promotional Offers

Gaming Rules and Fair Play

6.1 Fair Play Policy

All games on the 8qqee platform operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Each game result is completely independent and is not influenced by previous results.

6.3 Technical Errors

• Using Another Person's Account: Accessing or using an account belonging to someone else.

Limitation of Liability

8qqee does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of its services. Services may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues or unforeseen circumstances. 8qqee bears no liability for compensation in the event of such disruptions.

10.2 Third-Party Services

The platform includes services from game providers, payment processors and other third parties. 8qqee is not directly responsible for the actions or failures of these parties.

10.3 Gaming Losses

Gaming is a risky activity and users participate at their own discretion. 8qqee is not liable for any financial losses incurred through gaming. 8qqee also bears no responsibility for any situation arising from gaming addiction or excessive gaming.

Account Suspension & Closure

11.1 Closure at User's Request

An account closure request can be made at any time via live chat or email. All pending transactions must be completed and any verified balance must be withdrawn before the account is closed.

11.2 Suspension or Closure by 8qqee

8qqee may suspend or permanently close an account for the following reasons:

• Violation of any clause of these terms.
• Fraudulent or suspicious financial activity.
• Failure to cooperate with KYC verification.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• Abusive or harassing behavior toward the platform or other users.

11.3 Funds After Closure

If an account is closed due to a breach of rules, bonus funds will be forfeited. Verified personal funds may be returned after an investigation is completed.

8qqee reserves the right to amend, add to or cancel these terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via their registered email or through a notice on the platform. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be deemed acceptance of the updated terms.

12.2 Interpretation of Terms

If any clause of these terms appears unclear, 8qqee's interpretation shall be considered final. If any clause becomes legally unenforceable, the remaining clauses will continue to remain in effect.
